OK. But before we share examples, I would like to take a step back, to acknowledge that, when it comes to survival, the Cosmos is the boss. By that I mean that we humans are NOT in charge. The Universe has existed for over 13 billion years and it has very specific intentions. Certainly the evolution of consciousness and the emergence of the capacity to love are significant parts of the design. We humans get caught in our "AP" - authority problem... thinking that we get to design the system. So first, I say, lets start by setting ourselves under the authority of the Universe. That should be our first step.

Wonderful. It would seem that we need to document these cases and learn from them. A friend of mine got a business school MBA from Harvard. He told me that have no text books, just 28 case studies, from which the faculty teaches. I wonder if we could produce a library of case studies, where "Oneness" made sense. And, maybe an other library where Duality and non-oneness led to failure. That would be very useful.

Exactly. Now I am aware of one challenge with all this: Complex systems have three features: 1) Sensitivity to initial conditions; 2) Non-linearity and 3) Delay. The second and third ones seem to be barriers to the change we need. Here's why. Non-linearity is present in situations like the nuclear threat. One bad day and half of all humans can be dead. And, the delay feature happens when changes don't show up immediately. So with the climate, for example damage and repair are both delayed. The initiatives don't show up for months, years and even decades. I wonder what we can do to offset this?
